Simply horrible! No one greeted us upon arrival. After waiting at the front of the restaurant for a few minutes we thought we were suppose to seat ourselves, so we did. 5 employee were working, checking on the two other tables of people, deliberately ignoring us as they walked by. Finally, after the bar tender also ignored us, we decided to get up and leave. Still, not a single one of the 5 workers said a word. Don't bother with this place. If there services is that bad, I am afriad of what happens in the kitchen.
Horrible first time here and just horrible. Overcooked food flies in the my wife's drink. Burnt fries burnt burgers just burnt ashes to ashes. I had the Pit sandwich it was dry and not cooked in a pit. Chicken nachos where horrible soggy and nasty the chicken was out of a can.Waiter was good.
The food was fair at best.
The food was absolutely dreadful.
Gross don't waste your money
Service safe at front counter were unprofessional & unprepared for Thanksgiving crowd. Should have let everyone make reservations not just a selected few.
